The 4th AGM, scheduled to take place on Monday 21st September 2020, will this year follow a virtual format due to the unpredictability of restrictions on gatherings caused by the Coronavirus epidemic. As a result all voting will be on a postal basis with an online conference call on the 21st to confirm the outcome of the voting. As per the Constitution all Principal Officers and other Management Team members will complete their term of office at the end of the meeting and so nominations for these roles are invited for the coming 12 month period. Nominations, using the form attached below, must be submitted to the Secretary on or before 17th August 2020 to be eligible for consideration. Full details of the procedure and deadlines for all aspects are included in the Notification attached below.
Any one wishing to attend the online conference call on the 21st September 2000 (Virtual AGM) should contact Louise Hathaway or Barry Fisher well in advance of the day so that details of how to join the call can be emailed to them.
