The first AGM took place on Monday 18th September 2017. We would like to thank all clients, invited guests and volunteers who attended. The Annual Report and Accounts were unanimously accepted and the Management Group were reelected for a further 12 months. The exception to this was, due to ill health, the Secretary had resigned and no replacement was forthcoming. As a result an amendment to the Constitution was unanimously accepted to cover this situation by raising the status of the Safeguarding Lead to become a Principal Officer. Until such times as a new Secretary is identified the work of this role will be handled by the Management Group. V2.0 of the Constitution can be seen by selecting the option on the menu.
