On Thursday 5th October 2017 at the Marriot Hotel Leicester, Whetstone Good Neighbour Scheme were announced as winners of the Best Community Group/Community Achievement section in the Blaby District Council Annual Outstanding Achievement Awards 2017. We received nine nominations and are absolutely delighted with the recognition for the scheme which has been operating for less than 12 months. A big thank you to all our nominators, service users and volunteers.
